Over the course of the next several days, the Mzinga offices in Burlington, MA and Mechanicsburg, PA will be affected by Hurricane Sandy. The extent to which we will be impacted is unknown at this time but we felt it was important to communicate the following to our customers:
All Mzinga customers are hosted in either our Level3 or Terremark data centers. Both centers are robust facilities, with generator backup capabilities, if/when needed. We anticipate no interruption to your LMS and/or Community-based platforms. In the event a power condition occurs, we will communicate with you ASAP.
Above all else, we value our staff and their safety. We have instructed them to stay safe and work from home if needed. This could cause delays in ticket processing and customer interaction in general. We ask that you continue to submit tickets as needed through electronic means and please reserve the phone option for critical issues (i.e. site outages).
