Delivered via our SaaS community platform, Mzinga Social Analytics features a seamless, two-tiered reporting engine that gives you on-demand access to a series of charts, dashboards, and reports that are designed to help you gain a better understanding of the social and organizational activities occurring throughout your business.

OmniSocial's Social Analytics reports let you filter, group, and sort data as well as add or delete columns to create a custom report display. Reports can be printed as well as exported into various formats, including XML, CSV, PDF, TIFF, HTML, or MS Excel.

Using both the primary and drilldown reports, you can glean valuable insight into member interests, identify and rank the most active and influential participants, and track various social activity trends over time:
