Foreign Language Moderators:
Korean, Traditional Chinese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese

We are seeking individuals with 3-5 years of experience in moderating online communities who are fluent in either Korean, Traditional Chinese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Polish, or Brazilian Portuguese.
Primary Responsibilities
- Scanning messages, blog entries, pictures, videos, and other content to ensure they are within community guidelines
- Initiating and facilitating conversations
- Establishing and maintaining the tone of the community
- Monitoring and reporting user trends and feedback
Education/Experience/Skills
- 3+ years experience in online community moderation/management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of online community software
- Degree in a social or computer science
- Flexible schedule - can work nights and weekends
- Ability to juggle multiple and often complicated projects with differing expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in working with media and financial communities
- Passion for making the Internet a better place to communicate
- Infinite patience
- Sense of humor
This is a part-time position and is well suited to individuals working from home as independent contractors.
