UI Designer
Mzinga is currently seeking a full time UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of the product management team, you will be responsible for the look-and-feel, information flow, and visual design of our Mzinga Social Enterprise web applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Management team to design enterprise web applications that are fun and easy to use
- Write user interface specifications
- Create any necessary mockups
- Work closely with our engineers to implement the designs.
Qualifications required
- A minimum of three years experience
- Experience with user-centered design
- Strong user interface design experience
- Be self-motivated, able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
- Have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong portfolio and excellent attitude
- Experience and knowledge of either the social media or learning space
- Competence with HTML and CSS
- JavaScript/AJAX knowledge a benefit
