David Levenson VP Finance & Administration
David Levenson has more than 30 years of finance, accounting, and systems experience in both public accounting and industry.
David has spent many years in financial management positions at high tech companies, and he also has 15 years of public accounting experience, including 10 years as a self-employed CPA and business advisor.
His previous experience includes:
- Most recently, he was Controller of a debt management company, supervising a staff of seven and managing the improvement and integration of accounting, CRM and third-party client trust account systems.
- Serving as CFO/COO of a financial services company that provided securities, insurance, financial planning and asset management products to CPAs and their high-net worth clients.
- From 1998-2003, he was self-employed as an interim Controller/CFO working with start-ups and early-stage VC-backed organizations, including Andover.net, which went public in 1999.
- Earlier in his career, David was CFO of intranetics.com, which was ultimately acquired by WebEx.
A certified public accountant, David holds an MS in Accounting and an MBA from Northeastern University and an MS in Taxation from Bentley College. His undergraduate degree was from Boston University. David has also spent a numbers of years on the boards of various non-profit organizations as a board member, treasurer, and president.
