Steve has an extensive track record with more than two decades of strategic planning, organizational development, management, and consulting experience with Fortune 500 corporations.
Whether deploying the very first employee self service applications, artificial intelligence solutions, the then-world’s largest employee portal, or most recently, social media services, Steve has long helped companies leverage leading edge technologies to solve business needs. Steve’s diverse knowledge and strong experience in building consultative practices make him perfect for quarterbacking the Strategic Consulting Services team.
Before joining Mzinga, Steve was the Director of Solutions Engineering at O’Reilly Media, where he created and managed solution engineering services for the Corporate Solutions Division. Prior to O’Reilly, Steve created and managed a number of consulting and sales solutions organizations. Steve is a six sigma green belt and is a certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR).
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
