 Jim Storer Sr. Director, Social Media Strategy Return on Community
As Sr. Director, Social Media Strategy for Mzinga, Jim Storer is responsible for researching new social media tools and identifying growth and evolution strategies for the Mzinga product family. A frequent blogger and podcaster, Jim has more than eight years of experience in building and moderating customer communities and often delivers presentations on tactics for developing successful communities Jim is also a key contributor to the We Are Smarter community and its subsequent critically acclaimed book.
Prior to Mzinga, Jim led the Community Services team at Shared Insights in building, implementing, and moderating communities for clients such as WebEx, Deloitte, and iRise. Earlier in his career at Shared Insights, Jim was responsible for creating multi-channel programs and content for more than eight social networks of business professionals. Jim's community experience began with DCI, where he built highly successful social networks for technology professionals interested in customer relationship management, business intelligence, and enterprise architecture.
Jim has a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin School at Babson College.
