More Recruiting!
This post isn't going to be nearly as irreverant as my Hiring in a 2.0 World post but I told my good friend and colleague, Jody Petruzziello, that I would give her a hand in her hiring endeavours. In this particular case, the job description for anyone on the outside might feel very technical. It's not. The "architect" piece refers to the ability to assemble the correct pieces for client presentations for our sales team. Think of it really as a "pre-sales" role where the job is 1/3 professional services, 1/3 marketing and 1/3 sales.
This person does need to be in the Boston area (or at least willing to commute most days to Burlington, MA). Yes, we let people telecommute as needed but a lot of times we need you in the office (we're a fun bunch, I promise).
Unlike my strict rules about "no resumes" and "no e-mails", Jody is a little more laid back. She'll take e-mails and resumes if you'd like to submit them, although she's also pretty savvy about social networking as well. If you feel more comfortable reaching out to me first via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or my blog, go for it. Otherwise, there's an e-mail address at the bottom of the page. You can also e-mail me at aaron AT mzinga DOT com.
Here's the description. Let us know if you're interested!
