Conversations w/ Mzinga - Chris Howard Early in the Mzinga Learning Customer Conference yesterday I went on a hunt for coffee and was
steered in the right direction by Chris Howard from Bersin &
Associates, who I hadn't yet met. We sat and talked for a few minutes
about to future of learning (his keynote was still an hour or so away)
and how social media would weave itself into formal learning. It was such a
good conversation, I asked Chris to do a quick video interview and he
was all for it. I used the Flip Ultra video camera (the same camera
we used during lunch to capture customer conversations at the conference).

Agree with Chris, it's challenging for larger enterprises to change old ways but the successful businesses recognize the importance of increasing loyalty through vibrant, active communities for their employees education,partners,and customers. In fact, over half of companies today are using Web 2.0 technologies, like wikis and social software, specifically for building out these Social communities like Mzinga.
